Tabita Johannes

Tabita Johannes, born in 1988 in Hamburg, had her first acting experience as the lead role in the Tatort episode, Das Mädchen im Moor. That same year, she began her law studies at the University of Hamburg while she was concurrently completing her formal training in acting at the Freie Schauspielschule Hamburg. She then entered the independent theatre scene, appearing in such productions as Anders Leben by Meyer & Kowski and Auntie Danielle at Lichthof Theater. In 2015, she acted in Charles Manson – Summer of Hate under the direction of Stefan Pucher at Thalia Theater Hamburg, where she has also made several appearances in the theatrical soap opera Rennbahn der Leidenschaft, as well as in Herzzentrum – Große Liebe (directed by Jette Steckel). She has acted in pieces put on by performance collective Signa, including Söhne & Söhne at Schauspielhaus Hamburg and the Nestroy Award-winning production Us Dogs at the Volkstheater Vienna. In addition to her work in theatre, Tabita Johannes continues to appear in cinema and television productions.
