One hundred years ago, the then director of Schauspielhaus, Ferdinand Rieser, created a home for spoken theatre in Zurich with the renovation of the Pfauen stage. In doing so, he established a tradition that continues to this day. In the 2026/27 season, Schauspielhaus Zürich seeks to carry this history forward—and warmly invites you to join us.
Ideally, of course, with one of our flexible or fixed-seat subscriptions, whether you are an interested newcomer, an established theatre expert, or a lifelong supporter.
Subscription sales for the 2026/27 season have started. The dates for subscription performances in the first half of the season will be annonced on Tuesday, April 28, 11.30am. The dates for subscription performances in the second half of the season will be announced in December. Do you have any questions? Or would you like personal advice?

Reductions
All subscriptions (see prices marked with *, except the General Subscription U30) are available at half price for holders of a student ID (Studierenden-Legi), a KulturLegi, or a disability ID (IV-Ausweis).
With an AHV ID, you receive a 50% discount on the The Big Schauspielhaus Subscription on Sundays.
