Spring 2023, Zeughaus
After the outstanding works of Moved by the Motion on the stages of the Schauspielhaus, which have toured worldwide, the group presents its new video installation in the heart of Zurich. The festival at the Zeughaus deepens the research on the motifs that Moved by the Motion took up when working on Pinocchio. Surrounding a Virtual Reality video installation on the lower floor of the Zeughaus, the cosmos Moved by the Motion materializes through concerts, panel discussions, performative vignettes and study groups on the themes of realness and virtuality, providing insight into the group’s research on historical divisions and exclusions brought about by anthropocentric individualism.
