Ben Hartmann is a musician and actor. Born in Berlin in 1986, he studied at the Berlin University of the Arts. Known for his band Milliarden, which has been touring since 2015, he is considered one of the most influential lyricists in the German-language music scene. With five full-length albums released with his band and numerous collaborations on other projects, he has developed a wide-ranging body of work spanning music, text, and performance. In addition to his theatrical work in Leipzig, Berlin, Munich, and now Zurich, he also appears regularly in film and television.
