Nancy Mensah-Offei

Nancy Mensah-Offei was born in Obuasi (Ghana) and grew up in Linz (Austria). She studied at the Vienna Conservatory and has performed at the Rosenburg Theater, Rabenhof Theater, Volkstheater Vienna, Burgtheater Vienna, and Dschungel Wien. In 2018, she became a permanent ensemble member at the Nationaltheater Mannheim, in 2020 at the Münchner Kammerspiele, in 2023 in St. Gallen, and has been part of the Schauspielhaus Zürich ensemble since the 2024/25 season. Nancy has received the Stella Award for Schwarzweisslila (Volker Schmidt) and the Götz George Newcomer Award for the film Machines of Loving Grace (Viktor Schimpf). Her on-screen work includes roles in the films Angelo (Markus Schleinzer) and As Far As I Can Walk (Stefan Arsenijević), as well as appearances in series like Dave and Tatort.
