Alicia Aumüller

Alicia Aumüller, born 1983 in Salzburg, studied at the Zurich University of the Arts, during which time she worked with directors Stephan Müller, Heike Marianne Götze, Joachim Schlömer, and Laura Huonker. She then remained in Zurich, where she was taken on as an ensemble member at the Neumarkt Theatre with parts in productions by Barbara Weber, Rafael Sanchez, Roger Vontobel, and Christoph Schlingensief. Afterwards, she was welcomed at the Thalia Theater Hamburg, where she first worked with Jette Steckel as a guest performer before joining the ensemble in the 2013/2014 season. There she performed in productions by Luk Perceval, Johan Simons, Jan Bosse, and Sebastian Nübling, among others. In conjunction with director Johanna Louise Witt, she developed the one-woman-show Secondhand Time, based on the book by Nobel Prize winner Svetlana Alexijewitsch.
