WORLD PREMIERE TRE: 31.01.2026
After the horny ending of DUE, TRE rises from the darkness: post-apocalyptic, sexy and fucking scary.
The village of Belbuio, where Matteo and Aldo arrived in DUE, seems as if it has been abandoned by the saints. Men suddenly disappear, and the characters we had grown attached to seem possessed. The two-part rom-com finally tips over and is swallowed up by the thriller. No amount of bubble bath and no pretext will be able to prevent water and blood from pouring down in a torrent. Under the glowing eyes of the monster, lovers Matteo and Santo meet again and again – or perhaps finally for real? The villagers need to be able to sleep in peace, so the grandmothers organise a hunt. Will Belbuio become an arena for desire and persecution? Will Matteo and Santo find each other again in the end? And can father, son and Chihuahua finally be united?
In the third episode of the theatre series written for the Schauspielhaus by young Swiss star author Kay Matter, we reach the brilliant grand finale of an extremely humorous yet profound father-son story.
