The Schauspielhaus Zürich is one of the most significant cultural institutions in Switzerland and the German-speaking world. Over 300 employees work both on and behind the scenes at our venues, Pfauen and Schiffbau.
As an institution, the Schauspielhaus is currently undergoing diversity-oriented organizational development, working alongside all staff members to foster a respectful corporate culture.
