Maïmouna Abou Aw was born on 2 October 2006 in Senegal. When she was one year old, she came to Switzerland, where she has lived ever since. She grew up in a large family and has five siblings, which has brought her much joy and solidarity.
Maïmouna attended the Steiner School and completed her IMS F (specialised Matura) at the Atelierschule. In her free time, she attended a film school at Film Kids, which shows her interest in creative work in the field of film and acting.
She is particularly interested in dramaturgy and everything that happens behind the scenes in theatre. She has a real talent for organisation.
In addition to her passion for film and acting, Maimouna also enjoys singing. Her diverse interests and family background make her an open-minded and versatile person.
