Mable Preach

Mable Preach is an actress, choreographer and, above all, director. She develops performative works for both young and adult audiences and works consistently to make people of colour and marginalised perspectives visible. Afrofuturism is a central artistic approach in her work: Who is heard? Who writes? Who is seen? In her work, she searches for alternative, Afrocentric narratives and a historiography beyond the dominant gaze.
