Dennis Nolden, born in 1996, studied Scandinavian Studies and Media Culture Studies in Cologne. While still a student, he worked as an assistant director at Schauspiel Köln, where he took on a permanent position starting with the 2020/21 season. In 2022, he co-curated the festival BRITNEY X at the same theatre and made his directorial debut in the 2022/23 season with Paula Thielecke’s Judith Shakespeare – Rape and Revenge. This was followed by two seasons as an assistant director at the Berliner Ensemble. Beginning with the 2025/26 season, he will be working as a freelance director. STÜTZLIWÖSCH SUPERTRANS – UNO is his first production at Schauspielhaus Zürich.
