Linda Hügel grew up in Berlin and gained her first theatre experience at the Junges Deutsches Theater Berlin.
From 2017 to 2019, she performed in Klassenbuch (directed by Kristo Šagor).
From 2016 to 2019, she studied psychology in Berlin and from 2019 to 2023, she studied acting at the Zurich University of the Arts.
From 2023 to 2025, she appeared in productions at the Fabriktheater Zurich (OH!DARLING), the Theater Winkelwiese Zurich (netzwerk wildi blaatere) and the ROXY Birsfelden (netzwerk wildi blaatere). In 2024, she is part of the ‘Inkubator’ at the Fabriktheater Zurich.
Since the 2024/25 season, she has been working as a permanent assistant director at the Schauspielhaus Zurich, assisting Leonie Böhm, Selen Kara, Lilja Rupprecht, Marie Schleef, Nicolas Stemann and Martin Zimmermann.
In the 2024/25 season, she presents her first directorial work at the Schauspielhaus Zurich with the world premiere of STREGA by Johanne Lykke Holm.
