Wiebke Mollenhauer

Wiebke Mollenhauer was raised in Ilmenau. After completing her formal training in acting at the Theaterakademie Hamburg, she worked as a physician’s assistant in India for six months. From 2011 to 2014, she was at Schauspiel Frankfurt, where she also worked with Christopher Rüping for the first time, whom she joined in 2019 to become a part of the ensemble of Schauspielhaus Zürich. She appeared in a guest role at the Burgtheater Vienna as Ophelia in Andrea Breth's production of Hamlet, she was a member of the ensemble at Deutsches Theater Berlin since the 2014/15 season, and has performed regularly in guest roles in Christopher Rüping productions at the Münchner Kammerspiele since 2017.
